To integrate with the Saudi Arabian e-Hajj system, a structured pre-registration system is in place for Bangladeshi pilgrims. On behalf of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Business Automation Ltd. provides IT support throughout the process.
Any updates or technical changes to the system are announced officially through notifications on the Hajj official website.
Important Guidelines
Pre-registration must be completed before any legal documentation for the final Hajj booking can begin.
Each document must be processed using a unique email address — an email already submitted to the Hajj Office by an agency cannot be reused for multiple licenses.
The live server and the training server run independently, with separate users and databases; users trained on the training server are treated as distinct from those on the live system.
Please cooperate fully throughout the process so your pre-registration completes successfully.
